1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of vizikfarmmarket.com and orders requested from Vizik Farm Market (“Vizik”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By submitting an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate, that you are able to enter the transaction, and that you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

2. Order requests and confirmation

Items placed in a cart are not reserved. After checkout, the website creates an order reference and prepares a WhatsApp conversation so we can confirm the request. An automated acknowledgement or saved reference does not by itself mean we have accepted the order.

We may decline, limit or amend a request where a product is unavailable, seasonal, incorrectly described or priced, subject to quantity limits, outside a deliverable area, or affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you when clarification or an alternative is needed.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website may be fixed, size-specific or marked “price on request.” The final total may include delivery charges and will be confirmed before fulfilment. If a displayed price is clearly erroneous, we may correct it and ask whether you wish to continue.

Only use payment instructions confirmed through an authorised Vizik Farm Market channel. Never provide a card PIN, online-banking password or one-time password to us. Any payment deadline, method and proof requirements will be communicated during order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may be affected by product harvest, preparation, weather, traffic, courier operations, destination and customer availability. You are responsible for providing a complete accessible address, working contact number and someone able to receive the order.

Risk and responsibility for delivered goods pass as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the supplied address or collected by you or your authorised recipient. Please inspect perishable items promptly and report a material problem with supporting photographs as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether a change, cancellation or refund is available depends on the order stage, product type, perishability, preparation already completed and delivery costs already incurred. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will offer an appropriate replacement, rescheduling or refund as agreed and required by applicable law.

6. Product information

We aim to present accurate images, descriptions, sizes, harvest dates and availability. Natural farm products can vary in colour, shape, weight and appearance, and packaging may change. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, allergen or suitability information and asking questions before use. General wellness information about food, tea or oils is educational only and is not medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use or management of a health condition.

7. Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised CMS access, introduce malicious code, scrape customer information or use website content unlawfully. We may restrict access or cancel affected requests where misuse is reasonably suspected.

8. Intellectual property

The Vizik name, logos, website design, product photographs, written content and other brand materials belong to Vizik or their respective licensors. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

9. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility will not be limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, crop failure, transport disruption, public authority action, network outages or supplier and courier disruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and reduce the effect where possible.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a complaint promptly. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use the courts or another competent dispute-resolution body available under applicable Nigerian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for changes to our service, operations or legal obligations. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when that order request was submitted, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
