How ordering works

  1. Add available products and quantities to your cart.
  2. Enter the delivery address, state and preferred date.
  3. Submit the request and continue to WhatsApp.
  4. Vizik confirms availability, delivery cost, payment instructions and the final total.
  5. Your order is confirmed only after Vizik responds and the agreed requirements are completed.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are not represented as a universal fixed amount. They depend on the destination, order size, product handling requirements and available delivery method. The charge is communicated before fulfilment so the customer can decide whether to continue.

Fresh and perishable products

Inspect perishable items promptly after delivery and contact Vizik as soon as reasonably possible if there is a material problem. Include the order reference and clear photographs where appropriate. Keep chilled products refrigerated and follow the storage and safety instructions shown on the product page.
